Myricals Microbiome Recovery is based on an innovative 4-stage fermentation technology and combines carefully fermented plant-based ingredients with selected micronutrients. Each daily dose contains Fibriotics® (from 36 fermented fruits and vegetables), Fermbucha® (fermented kombucha extract), Ferzinger® (fermented ginger), and FBG22® (fermented black garlic with the BotaniPlus award for verified purity), supplemented with zinc and biotin.

Application

Recommended use: Take 2 capsules of Microbiome Recovery in the morning on an empty stomach with sufficient water. If you are more sensitive, the product can also preferably be taken with a meal instead.

Gradual introduction in case of intolerance:
If you are more sensitive, start with half the daily dose, preferably with a meal. Increase intake gradually to the recommended amount depending on tolerance. Tolerance is individual – if you have a sensitive digestive system, a slow gradual introduction can be especially helpful.
