Application

Recommendation:

4 sprays daily under the tongue – 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
One spray contains approx. 120 sprays and lasts for at least 30 applications with daily use (Contents: 30 ml).

If the taste is too intense for you, you can also take the spray in a glass of water, a smoothie, or together with a spoonful of honey. Please note, however, that when diluted, absorption takes place via the digestive tract and bioavailability may therefore be lower.
