Application

Vitamin C+ Iron – for particularly efficient absorption

Spray 3 sprays under the tongue daily and keep the liquid in your mouth for up to 30 seconds before swallowing. This allows the fine Myricals molecules to be optimally absorbed through the oral mucosa. One bottle contains 120 sprays and is enough for 40 uses.

If the taste is too intense for you, you can also take the spray in a glass of water, a smoothie, or together with a spoonful of honey. Please note, however, that when diluted, absorption takes place through the digestive tract and bioavailability may therefore be lower.

Note on dental health

Iron supplements – whether as a spray, drops, or tablets – may in some cases lead to slight tooth discoloration with regular use. The reason for this is a natural process: when iron reacts with oxygen in the mouth, it can cause superficial discoloration on the tooth enamel.

This discoloration is completely harmless and purely cosmetic in nature – it usually disappears with thorough brushing or professional dental cleaning.

Usage tips for sensitive teeth

Carefully spray 3 sprays under the
tongue. Keep your tongue raised at all times
and avoid contact with your teeth.
Keep the liquid in your mouth for 30 seconds
so that it can be absorbed optimally.

Then swallow the liquid with a little
water. Rinse your mouth thoroughly
with water to remove any residue.
Note: Brush your teeth no sooner than
20 minutes after use
to protect your tooth enamel.

Alternatively, you can add the iron liquid to a glass of water
or juice and drink it with a straw to avoid contact with the teeth.
